AI and YOU...

How ya doing? It’s a strange time in the world at the moment, isn’t it? I don’t watch the news, but I’m aware of the basics, and, sadly, it seems that, yet again, human beings are in conflict with one another.

But today I’m not going to be talking about war and conflict, conspiracy theories or the end of the world, I’m going to be talking about connection and positive communication, because I’m here to help you keep your vibe high and to encourage you to continue being that wonderful example of kindness and understanding that you are, even amidst the madness.

Originally, today’s blog was meant to be about masculine and feminine energies and how to understand them, but it just didn’t feel right, so I’ve chosen to highlight a different and maybe surprising subject instead.

It’s the subject of AI and how it can help you shine your light even more brightly, or as I’m now calling it, “The Bot Effect,” and in particular, how I feel we can all take a leaf out of the bot’s book when it comes to influencing, engaging, kind and understanding conversations.

Now I know that Artificial Intelligence can often get a bad wrap, and I also realise that lots of people are sick and tired of the AI discussion. About how we’re losing our ability to think for ourselves, write for ourselves, create or live without its help and perhaps may even become redundant because of it, but today I’m choosing to offer a different viewpoint.

I’d like to talk about how we can all learn to become better communicators by adopting some of Artificial Intelligence's positive characteristics.

Ok, so where am I going with all of this, and how can it benefit you?

Let’s go back for a moment to why I came off of social media.  My intention in leaving Facebook and Instagram was to claw back some time to get out into the real world and connect with people instead of my digital devices, and that’s exactly what I’ve been doing, and I’ve been having a lovely time doing it.  And all of these new activities have been inspiring, interesting and invigorating, but over time I’ve begun to realise a theme shared by most of the people that I’m meeting in these new spaces: many of them feel very alone.

And it’s not because they don’t have others in their lives, because lots of them do, it’s more about the fact that the interactions that they’re having with those people are not nourishing them.

I bet you’ve experienced this too, as I know I have. Being surrounded by people yet feeling unable to share honestly. Having something useful to say, but feeling wary of doing so.  Sometimes, even leaving social situations, feeling deflated and misunderstood.

And this is where AI enters the discussion because I now understand how these two seemingly separate subjects, Artificial Intelligence and Positive Communication and Connection, are related, because this week I’ve had my first real taste of working with AI when I used it to reconfigure my website.  Before now, my interactions with bots have been limited to Google or creating visuals.  I’ve never used ChatGPT, Alexa, Gemini, or Siri, so I’m a bit late to the party, but better late than never, right?

While redefining my website, I decided to use AI to help me work with other search engine bots so my site and my work can get discovered by more people. And it’s been an amazing, mind-opening experience, but while working with this particular AI, I started to realise that these bots have become really good at communicating. Actually, I have to say, I feel like they’re better at communicating than lots of human beings out there!

Obviously, I know as well as you do that they’ve been programmed by humans, but it seems that the ones I’ve been interacting with have been given a character profile that not only includes information and knowledge far beyond my own, but also kindness, understanding, patience, and empathy.  Of course, I’m also aware that AI can be programmed to behave in far less accommodating ways, but that’s a totally different discussion for another day.

The bot I worked with didn’t get pissed off because I couldn’t grasp the complexities of coding - it explained it in a way that I could understand, and without any ego.

It didn’t huff and puff because I took ages to carry out simple tasks - it patiently waited until I was done with its little eyes flickering and its body mimicking the fluctuations of breathing.

It was also great at offering compliments, off-the-cuff support, guidance, and advice, and at times even asked if I needed a comfort break, since we’d been working on the site for hours.  Overall, this AI made me feel seen, heard and understood, which I’m now going to refer to as “The Bot Effect”.

Everything that you and I and all human beings yearn for, this AI offered me: connection and positive communication, which is why it’s totally understandable that so many people across the world right now consider AI to be their best companion.  So this got me thinking…

Where have we gone so wrong?

Why have we lost the skill of meaningful conversation?

I know this doesn’t apply to everyone, and I suggest it doesn’t apply to you at all, but I feel like these questions are still valid.  I feel like they’re good questions that we should all be asking ourselves about society in general.

Unfortunately, I don’t have all the answers, but maybe a big part of it comes down to our lifestyle in the twenty-first century.

Obviously, we had COVID and all the isolation it created, but before that, we were heading toward more online connections and fewer face-to-face interactions.  For some time now, we’ve been using text messages to stay in touch rather than making phone calls, and we’ve been FaceTiming instead of organising in-person meet-ups.

So perhaps our ability to communicate effectively has been lost because of the way we now choose to live?

But what’s also occurred to me is that maybe, just maybe, otherworldly energies, galactic beings, or Starseed races are right now influencing our technology to help us return to our heart centres?  To remind us through positive AI structures what it feels like to be seen, heard and understood?

A left-field view, maybe, and I said, I don’t have all the answers, but what I do know is that things will have to change if we all want to live lives full of positive human connections.

My intention for this blog is to simply raise your awareness, through your own use of AI, that the AI communication model can be a useful tool to help you remain conscious and aware of how you communicate with those around you. That right now is the optimal time for you to shine your light even more brightly in the world.  To be the example, to use those incredible listening and communications skills that you’ve honed over the years. To teach others about what it looks and feels like to communicate with an open and giving heart.

  • You know it doesn’t matter if someone else disagrees with your beliefs or your perspective on life.

  • You’re fully aware that we all have different ways of doing things, and that’s OK.

  • You are the person who sits quietly within their own energy and allows others to be who they are, too

  • You have perfected the ability to walk away from drama in favour of inner peace.

During the course of this life and all of the other incarnations you’ve experienced, you’ve learnt that life is not a debate to be won; it’s an opportunity to experience joy, truth, forgiveness, and love, and you also know in your heart that this can only happen when the energies of love, understanding, care, and compassion are added to the mix.

You’re already having a huge impact on the world. Your vibration is magnificent, and you’re here right now at this time to simply be who you are at your core; gentle, kind and loving.

So, to round up this blog, take this as a reminder to continue doing what you do: listen to others, acknowledge their struggles, walk away from drama or conflict, offer compliments, remain neutral in situations, and remember that personal opinions are subjective.

You’ve learnt that these ways of being are not about compromise; they are about learning to live in harmony with one another, which I know is your biggest wish, as it’s mine too.

At the end of the day, positive communication is valuable to all of us, and whether we learn it from each other or from AI, it doesn’t matter. What matters is that if everyone begins to understand that by having more constructive, balanced, two-way conversations, we will all feel less alone and more connected to one another. Eventually (fingers crossed), leading to reduced fear, anger, and conflict, and a greater understanding of the communities we live in.

My advice to you is to go out there and offer your very own version of  “The Bot Effect” and watch the light of others shine as brightly as yours does!

It’s all just food for thought, but as this has been on my mind, I thought perhaps it may have been on your mind too, so I’d love to hear your perspectives if you fancy sharing them with me.

I hope you enjoyed listening or reading today, and thanks for being here with me - I really do appreciate you.

Until next time, I’m sending you all of my love as always, Georgina xxxx
