The Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique
A day-long, face-to-face session in my Brighton studio. Includes gentle, conscious investigation and an altered state of hypnosis. The process is designed to access the Higher Self to encourage both physical and emotional healing. This often involves exploring past lives or memories from the current lifetime.
Intuitive Talk Therapy
A bespoke and heart-centred approach to navigating the ups and downs of life by applying inner awareness, compassion and love. Areas of support can be associated with: Low self-esteem, anxiety or fear of the future, lack of self-confidence, limiting beliefs, spiralling thoughts procrastination/a sense of feeling stuck, grief or relationship Issues.
