Face 2 Face - Southwick (Brighton) These talk sessions are available as 1 hour, 1.5 hour or 3 hour slots and can be selected individually from the Services Page. This is an opportunity for you to gently talk about grief and the loss that you have suffered. These talk sessions are about creating a safe and loving space for you to express your thoughts and feelings and to be seen and heard in a way that suits you. They are incredibly helpful for anyone looking for ad-hoc support and a non judgemental view on how the struggles of grief can be negotiated in a soft and compassionate way. If a Talk Therapy Session is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, it will be up to the discretion of the business owner as to whether full payment is required. Refunds are not available once a Talk Therapy Session has been carried out. Your session will be starting at the allocated time. Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late then the session will have to be cancelled for that day and reorganised at a time convenient for both of us.
