Service Description

Face 2 Face - Southwick (Brighton) These talk sessions are available as 1 hour, 1.5 hour or 3 hour slots and can be selected individually from the Services Page. This is an opportunity for you to speak freely and openly about anything in your life which requires some additional attention. These talk sessions are about creating a safe and loving space for you to express your thoughts and feelings and to be seen and heard in a way that suits you. They are incredibly helpful for anyone looking for ad-hoc support and a non-judgemental view of how life can be negotiated by applying self-awareness and a spiritual perspective. If a Talk Therapy Session is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, it will be up to the discretion of the business owner as to whether full payment is required. Refunds are not available once a Talk Therapy Session has been carried out. Your session will start at the allocated time. Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late, then the session will have to be cancelled for that day and reorganised at a time convenient for both of us.
