CONSCIOUS VS SUBCONSCIOUS

The conscious mind involves all of the things that you are currently aware of and thinking about. It is active during logical thinking, critical thinking, short term memory and the use of willpower. The conscious mind is responsible for around 10% of your thinking. The subconscious mind is the part of your mind that you are not always fully aware of, but which influences your actions and emotions.

Your subconscious mind is incredibly powerful and without your awareness, it directs the course of what you do in your life. The subconscious mind is also where your long term memories, beliefs and fears are held.It is responsible for around 90% of your thinking. It is for these reasons that the hypnosis therapy that I offer is so powerful. I WORK WITH THE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND, SO I AM LITERALLY WORKING WITH THE PART OF YOUR MIND THAT HOLDS THE MOST POWER OVER WHAT YOU DO IN YOUR LIFE.It is also why, during hypnosis I am able to support you in making positive changes to patterns of behaviour and emotional ways of being. QHHT hypnosis simply works with the part of the mind that we need to work with and at a deep level in order to obtain understanding about what you need to change in your life to move forward.
