You may be wondering why I am asking this question. What has this go to do with QHHT? It's because I asked myself the same question recently. What makes a person successful? Successful in business and in their life? I came to the conclusion that one of the main factors of being successful in all areas of our lives is being consistent.

It is easy to have a big burst of energy for a new project when it's the beginning and everything is exciting, but what about when the project is not so new? What about when you have been working on a project for a while and your energy and enthusiasm seem to be less? This project could be your business, your health or your relationships. The people that I know to be the most successful in all areas of their lives are the ones who get up everyday and they work at their projects. They continue to be interested, they continue to look for new experiences and they continue to grow. It's my understanding that consistency is the one of the key factors as to whether you move forward in your life. You don't have to be taking huge steps everyday, but you do need to be taking baby ones. You do need to be making the effort everyday to create the life that you desire.
