WOW! It's been a crazy few weeks, and I don't feel that I am the only one experiencing this chaotic energy.

Almost everyone that I've bumped into lately has been facing some enormous life challenges, including myself. But I'm not going to go into my personal stuff in this blog today, as the details of my life are not relevant, but what is relevant is the connection that we all have around handling our emotions.

We are all human beings and we are all doing our best, but when life throws tricky stuff in our direction, it's important that we learn how to handle these unsettling times. We all need tools and we all need things that we can rely on. Our "Go-To Helpers" if you like, to get us through these potentially low vibrational experiences. We need to be able to take care of our emotions and understand what they mean and how to navigate through them as easily as possible. That way, hopefully we don't end up banging our heads against the kitchen wall or losing our sh*t with the noisy neighbour when we struggle to cope!

Today I recorded the third episode of my new Podcast "What Would Love Say?", which at the moment is me speaking about the book and my thoughts about the programme, how it's helping me personally and obviously its ability to assist you too. Today I especially chose to share some information about how all of our emotions are divided into two camps, and these two camps are "LOVE" and "FEAR".

When you first read this you may question my suggestion, but as I have explained in the Podcast, it all becomes very clear when your take the time to consider the idea more deeply. I have also offered a very simple way to apply this learning to your life, so that it can support you when you explore your internal landscape. It may sound complicated, but I promise you it's not!

Once we begin the process of listening to our thoughts, our internal dialogue, we can start to bring more awareness to our behaviours and essentially become more conscious of ourselves, our mindset and our responses to external happenings. This in turn can offer us a platform for dealing with all future situations in a more empowered way. It can have an enormous impact on our lives as it promotes further happiness, healthier relationships and far less mental confusion.

In the Podcast I talk about how you can apply this learning to your own life, even without having to read the book. I offer it to you in a simple and very human way and in a way that everyone, and I mean everyone can understand. It even includes a shopping trolly and a trip to the local supermarket (this will make much more sense to you lovely when you listen to the episode!).

"The most important point that I am going to raise here and now is that there are only two emotions that co-exist within your world, and these are LOVE and FEAR. Every source of experience, every moment of realisation, and every sanctuary of existence will be held within one of these two spaces. The key to living a harmonious and fruitful life is to choose love over fear. To learn love over fear. To be love over fear. You can choose 50/50, you can choose 30/70 or you can choose 99/1. It is up to you, but let me make it clear here and now that the way you choose to divide these two aspects will determine how your life looks, how you feel, how you behave in the world and ultimately how the world behaves towards you".
