𝕊𝕋ℝ𝕌𝔾𝔾𝕃𝕀ℕ𝔾 𝕋𝕆 ℂℍ𝔸ℕ𝔾𝔼?

So this is really interesting, and not something that I have ever considered before…I was helping a friend out yesterday (well she is a QHHT client who has now become my friend), and we were talking about dieting.

We had a long telephone conversation during which I offered what help I could, but then afterwards I decided to do a meditation and ask my guides what I needed to offer people to help them when they are struggling to change. Obviously a QHHT session is a powerful way to instigate any kind of change in your life, but what if I wasn’t facilitating a session, then what? And very quickly and very clearly my galactic guides showed me an image of a person, who consisted of layers. Each layer of this person had its own needs, its own wants and its own priorities. And they told me that “Change takes place when every aspect of a person wants the same thing”. If any part of a person (aspect) was not on the same page as the other parts, then they would struggle to implement the required change. Wow! How amazing is that? (my guides are so clever!). And so my darling, if you are struggling to implement any form of change, then the internal investigation should be around “What part of me is against this change?” It may be a good idea to journal a list of pros and cons associated with this change. You need to be honest with yourself and you need to dig down to the deepest layers of your soul when you are doing this piece of work. Perhaps ask yourself these questions:


* Does this change scare me?

* If the answer is "Yes" then speak to that part of YOU, the aspect of You that feels scared and ask "Why are you scared my darling"?

*Speak to all of the parts of you that are against the change and find out why.

* Does this change mean that the people around you are going to notice a difference, and that worries a part of you?

* Will implementing this change have a knock-on effect on other parts of your life that you are not ready to look at?

*Is a part of you worried about what the change will feel like, look like and be like?


My guidance to you is to keep adding to this list as and when new things crop up. Create a list which will then help you to look at the whole of you, and then help the parts of you that are against this change to feel included. Support the needs of all of the aspects of YOU. Be kind, be patient and above all be sure to take into account everything that is coming up during this journaling exercise.
